This cake slaps! Probably made for Choices by a third party in Vancouver but now you can get it on the island at the one Choices in Parksville. It stays fresh on the counter or in the fridge for

This is an alright appy. I didn’t love the sauce, it tasted like it was from a tin and I think the tofu goes better with the tempura dipping sauce a la agedashi tofu. It’s a good portion though for the price.
