This is one of my favourite sandwiches in Victoria. It’s made with fresh baked in
house focaccia, veggies like tomatoes and cucumber, and sprouts, plus a house made almond cheese spread. I would usually never make a veggie heavy sandwich like this for myself at home so I was surprised by how much I liked it the first time I tried it. Big recommend. I paired a half order of it here with a soup but you can also do a full order, which is double the size.
