Great product that can be used for wraps, quesadillas and #[breakfast](hashtag-5b61361bc215c949ed60ce6b) burritos. Good whole grain source of #[fiber](hashtag-5e9bc800fbe83c2a371b70e4) #[protein](hashtag-5bc2e00533a3a9efa930d9f2) and #[calcium](hashtag-5e8ff100fbe83c2a37083bc0) but also high in sodium so that's always something to be mindful of when adding fillings. I did some #[mealprep](hashtag-5facab204889f4214a065a80) this weekend and made frozen #breakfastburritos for a quick morning meal. The tortillas stick together a little bit but not too bad.

I was really excited to see this #new product from @[Dave's Killer Bread](brand-5c9480c75115740004f3c58f) ! It's their signature 21 whole grains and seed blend in the form of a roll, which is really cool. They are a good source of fiber, calcium and iron. They don't taste the best plain because they have that typical earthy brown dirty taste that is typical with whole grain healthy food, but they are great to use for sliders and very nutritious and the texture is nice and soft! The seed and grain topping is very fancy, too. 😁

I was really excited to see this #new product from Dave's Killer Bread ! It's their signature 21 whole grains and seed blend in the form of a roll, which is really cool. They are a good source of fiber, calcium and iron. They don't taste the best plain because they have that typical earthy brown dirty taste that is typical with whole grain healthy food, but they are great to use for sliders and very nutritious and the texture is nice and soft! The seed and grain topping is very fancy, too. 😁

These gluten-based sausages are a great product to keep on hand as they are loaded with protein and can be eaten in a variety of ways. The taste is really good with lots of sausage flavors. The texture is a bit too dense and rubbery to eat like a hot dog (in my opinion) but it's great when it's sliced up and put on pizza or mixed in with peppers and rice. I really lucked out and found these on clearance at Walmart for only $1.58 or something like that, so I stocked up. They are a little high in sodium so that's something to be mindful of when using these in a meal.

They are big and juicy and taste great blended with frozen bananas and cocoa powder to help me get my daily serving of fruit. I don't eat cherries enough, but they are rich in #antioxidants and are a good source of vitamin C and potassium. At Walmart, these frozen cherries are a great deal and are nice because you can keep them in the freezer and don't have to worry about them going bad.

I found this @[Walmart](brand-611b072810122400931ced1e) in the produce aisle near the tofu, but it was kind of expensive. It's definitely worth trying but I wouldn't get it regularly.

I just made a #[pizza](hashtag-5b61361bc215c949ed60ceac) from scratch and the cheese melted really well in my regular oven. It's gooey but it has that slimy texture like most vegan cheeses have. Unfortunately it's loaded with saturated fat and has quite a bit of sodium without much nutrients, so it's something I try to eat sparingly.

It's gooey but it has that slimy texture like most vegan cheeses have. Unfortunately it's loaded with saturated fat and has quite a bit of sodium without much nutrients, so it's something I try to eat sparingly.

Lovely day in the yard today! The cats enjoyed watching the birds, but luckily the birds stayed out of the yard while the cats were out. Bucky got to see the stray orange kitty who's been hanging around. Lots of tulips blooming and my honeyberries are forming thanks to some early rising bees last month. 🥰 We'll see if I get any though because last year the birds found them first. 😂  Had a few nice days but rain is on the way ... again. 🌧️🌧️

I didn't realize that this was #[wasabi](hashtag-5f2cb4b9628adf118fb3779a) style until I got home, but luckily it's not spicy - the wasabi flavor is very subtle. It tastes pretty good eaten on its own or made into sushi. This #[organic](hashtag-5b61361bc215c949ed60cda5) nori is a good source of both B12 and iodine which can be nutrients of concern for both omnivores and vegans.
