I've been trying to increase #plantdiversity 🌱and #wholefoods in my diet and follow Dr. Gregor's
#dailydozen as much as I can, so I grabbed this bag of frozen cherries 🍒 to include into my smoothies. They are big and juicy and taste great blended with frozen bananas and cocoa powder to help me get my daily serving of fruit. I don't eat cherries enough, but they are rich in #antioxidants and are a good source of vitamin C and potassium. At Walmart, these frozen cherries are a great deal and are nice because you can keep them in the freezer and don't have to worry about them going bad.
