Used this to make hummus. It was awesome. Would use it again, although there are other fabulous brands on the market that are less expensive—not necessarily organic but equally yum.
I’d recommend this for a feta substitute and a shot of protein in a salad. Didn’t knock my socks off but the taste is decent, and the finish is clean. Price is reasonable for Singapore. Found it at Little Farms in Holland more
