Used this to make hummus. It was awesome. Would use it again, although there are
other fabulous brands on the market that are less expensive—not necessarily organic but equally yum.

It’s alright in its uncooked, un-roasted form. Doesn’t make you want to down its healthy
goodness. On the other hand, if you give it a quick stir on the stove / microwave it for a min or 2 it becomes much tastier. 😝 I made sesame based liangmian with it and it was so good! Sure it loses some of its nutrients, but if makes such a tasty dressing afterwards, I would say it’s an okay compromise. A little tip is that if cooked too much it’s starts to foam which is really interesting to watch, but to prevent that I would say don’t cook for more than a minute or 2. #veganuary #liangmian #tahini

This Tahini has a very strong sesame taste with a slightly bitter end. It goes
well in preparations like hummus and baba ganoush giving it richness and flavour. Be careful not to add too much though as it can be overpowering!

This tahini is really tasty, I love the nutty flavour of the unhulled tahini seeds.
