One of my favorite butters. Versatile, subtle in taste, and has made for an excellent

substitute. The oil from the coconut ingredient is noticeable when placed on bread used to make grilled cheese. I didn't mind this though. Ate the sandwich much too quickly before remembering to take a picture. Woops. :)

Gluten, soy, and palm oil free. Healthy fats. Relatively low sodium despite the name.

Purchased at #imperfectfoods for around $7 or $8 for this block.
