So good!!! These turned out very soft, tender, and not chewy or bitter at all.

They had very little flavor so the sauce you cook it with is very important. I think next time I’m going to try rehydrating them in vegan chicken broth or a marinade instead of water to give it more flavor. Wish I bought more than one package! 💲4.99 on the Vegan Essentials website

This is the last packet I have in my freezer - have to wait until

our next trip to the US to get more. But... they do stay fresh in the freezer for ages. This package says use by January 2019 and they tasted as good as they do when I first buy them. Note: they do NOT stay fresh for that long out of the freezer in my experience. I soaked them in home made chick'n stock instead of water then after the ten minutes, squeezed out what liquid I could and then I coated enough for our supper in cornstarch and a little more home made vegan chick'n seasoning powder. Pan fried in a little veg oil and ate with a stir fry and coconut rice. I have enough left to make chick'n enchiladas for another meal and also to make chick'n and mushroom pies. #pigsnpaws

These soy protein strips were surprisingly good. There's a little prepping involved as you need

to rehydrate the curls, but once they're ready to go, just cook them with your favorite sauce. We went with a Mongolian "beef" recipe for our first attempt at cooking with these. They have a great texture. #veganbeef #meatalternative #soycurls

Me encanta! Creo que es bastante original su formato, textura y sabor similar al pollo

y lo mejor es que es 100% natural. #vegetarianoshoy

How have I not tried this until today?! Ahhhhhmazing product. Meaty chewy tender texture and

a very versatile mild taste. I regret not trying this sooner. Enjoyed in a pasta dish and also can imagine this would be great in soup, on a taco or burrito, on top of nachos, fajitas, so many possibilities!!! Got it on Amazon, 3 packs for $18. One bag yields about 1.25 pounds after rehydrated. Yum! Love this!
