Review of Soy Curls - Butler by maesti

This is the last packet I have in my freezer - have to wait until our next trip to the US to get more. But... they do stay fresh in the freezer for ages. This package says use by January 2019 and they tasted as good as they do when I first buy them. Note: they do NOT stay fresh for that long out of the freezer in my experience. I soaked them in home made chick'n stock instead of water then after the ten minutes, squeezed out what liquid I could and then I coated enough for our supper in cornstarch and a little more home made vegan chick'n seasoning powder. Pan fried in a little veg oil and ate with a stir fry and coconut rice. I have enough left to make chick'n enchiladas for another meal and also to make chick'n and mushroom pies. #pigsnpaws
