Review of Soy Curls - Butler by jonedoe007

These soy protein strips were surprisingly good. There's a little prepping involved as you need to rehydrate the curls, but once they're ready to go, just cook them with your favorite sauce. We went with a Mongolian "beef" recipe for our first attempt at cooking with these. They have a great texture. #veganbeef #meatalternative #soycurls
