how buckwheat was used instead of nut flours. Less calorie, but still good on nutrients.
🥒Adding the zucchini not only adds moisture, but also a crunch which brings up the texture colour. And... I want veg in all my dishes!
🪴The ricotta ball had a great spreadable texture like hummus, and tastes umami too. Would be great if the herb flavours could be stronger.

Stack of gluten-free buckwheat flour pancakes with a naturally sweet and nutty scent, albeit with

a somewhat dense and gritty texture.
