Kitehill has some wonderful products. My favorites are their sour cream and onion dip and spinach cheese ravioli so when I saw this in the store I knew I had to grab it! By itself, it’s okay. Had that artificial after taste that most cheese imitations have but it wasn’t too too prominent. I ate this with some broccoli and put it in my potatoes for Sheppards Pie. I would use this as an ingredient for other recipes but not eat alone. I think I might be biased though since I was never really a cheese person pre and post vegan.

HellMann’s Vegan Mayo is the best tasting vegan mayo I’ve tried. I’ve found with most vegan mayo there is some sort of weird artificial after taste but it’s not as prominent with HellMann’s. I made a cucumber salad and seasoned the mayo with sesame oil, a pinch of salt, and ground pepper to mellow the tart after taste of the mayo. The value of this product is fair and will last you long!
