I love this sauce currently out of all my sauces, great to add to any protein or side, i like to fry it with the protein and cooks it like it was marinated. Tastes really nice, korean bbq is very acurate, really kicks some taste into the meal

I made this for my wife, these sausages are great and at 19g of protein per sausage you only need 1 per meal. it compliments this rice a chickpea dish well. I fry in a pan about 5 mins a side on medium electric. Sauted with  some koren bbq sauce and add a little sesame seed. Ace of the base baby!

Smoked Apple & Sage Plant-Based Sausages

I forgot i had this, it isn't actally bad, i added some cashew nuts, and oat mylk and a das of maple syrup, was really smooth, vanilla tasting and mixed easy in blender, wuite small and not as much protein as others, but has some good blends of fruits and greens, that usually come through over poweing in other proteins, not here though, pleasant experience.

A couple of years ago, @[veganvanwoman](user-5fa37b792d84fb00a35d7c6b) and myself completed our project of creating a full time seperate space of our home childcare for 1-5 year olds. My wife wanted a tree , like the show she used to watch as a child 'under the umbrella tree', she explained her vision, and with what tools i had, i created a table around a tree. we used old news paper and cardboard from big boxes that we had from renovating the space. We live near a wooded area and so i went out and collected branches that fell to the ground, taped them in place, and we both started to paper macheé and paint and add fake leaves. Approved by inspections and licensing, post had to be fireproof 5/8 thick drywall. I revised the 2x4 cross sections to hold both our weight stood on it once the plywood was layed on top- a first for me. i added led lights to the branches and can be changed in various modes. So this was a little up cycle challenge, im thinking this little magic tree will serve well for years to come, well done wifey for the idea! check us out www.teddybearpicnic.ca

So at christmas our wonderful friends bought me an instant pot, and now i love it and use it pretty much daily. really i think someone @[veganvanwoman](user-5fa37b792d84fb00a35d7c6b) told them i need to cook more hint hint lol! I am a typical man, but now i'm changing to try and make healthier options. This rice is sticky rice, i believe we picked up this bag at costco, it comes in handy for evening weight lifting, and keeping the doors open in the summer, its huge 😏 i tried to get creative, add some spices a little sesame seed, red curry paste, seasoning. it taste so good! I did the 1:1 ratio, just pressed the rice button.. very convenient. then i cut up veg and steamed that in instant pot. Put the rice in a bowl snd was like.. maan i can't fit me vege's so i compacted the rice and flipped it on a plate, and because it's stickyit made a nice rice dome, added some peeled mini cucumber and added the veg around the place.. bob's ya uncle!

Love this stuff. Again a staple for my arsenal. Mixes pretty good even without a blender. Clean protein, no lumps, smooth, happy man 😏. I try and get two shakes a day, a plus if you have almond/ cashew mylk, pop in some creatine for workout, add some chia seeds, nuts, all the good stuff. That's 60g of protein a day covered with some nice vitamins and minerals, i'd buy this everytime, lasts a long time for 1.9kg, even better if you can get it on sale.

I remember when these first came to the scene, i think they're awesome and convenient but just good ingredients and i've not had them up until recently, They are really good, if you want to take the cufuffle out of a snack, here it is. Not many packaged products can be so simple, 4 ingredients! Im trying to take out sugary snacks and ingredients that don't seem natural or necessary. I am trying gluten free journey for now, take out inflamtory foods, nightshades etc, plus processed foods, that i think we generally think most things with 'vegan' on is a healthier option 😕 Any uploads i do for now won't contradict this as they are old photos i have yet to upload but havn't had the time.

Gotta say these guys offer a whole lot of goodies both in the main and baked. Only been the once so far but looking on their facebook food photos, i can't help but want! This souvlaki was a good effort but not quite there. I believe they use soy curls, and was consistent and loaded enough but lacked flavour in my opinion. I used to live and work in Greece, it is funny how a wrap translates across countries. In Crete for example, the wrap is tighly rolled, of course it could be souvlaki or local kebab (thinking back it is revolting now ofcourss), it was big enough to roll it up with a portion of chips (fries) and all the trimmings. back 20 years ago it was 2€ or less, basically my daily comission at the time haha.But my other reviews for the other items should make up for it.
