I expected I wasn’t going to like the plantain chips by themselves so I ordered the cilantro mayo to dip them in and it was so good! I don’t think the plantain chips have much flavor on their own but they have a nice texture.

The boiled yuca is similar in taste to a potato and similar texture to plaintains. I’ve never tried yuca or mojo before but I really enjoyed it! Both the texture and the flavor were really good.
I got it with brown rice, black beans, and a garlic/pink mayo fusion drizzle. I loved this dish it was super flavorful. The sauce and the soy picadillo were so good. You get to pick a side as well.

This was good. It says it’s supposed to come with hummus and vinaigrette on the side but I think they forgot to give it to me. It was pretty flavorful without it but the hummus and vinaigrette would’ve probably made it better more
