The cinnamon flavor lasted about 5-10 minutes, then it tasted sort of like wood 🪵 😋 I actually didn't mind that, but I can see some maybe not finding it pleasant.
Good news is the consistency stayed chewy for a long while 👌

Loving these seitan-based sausages! Great texture, they aren't super crumbly and a hint of smoke flavor.
The ingredients are quite whole as well, which is a bonus... basically seitan and spices 🤤

Pretty great seitan strips! They simmered in the pan nicely and absorbed the spices we added 👌 The texture was great, which worked well for homemade fajitas. Would certainly buy them again!

Hot, crispy #tofu cubes in chili oil, and drizzled with #veganmayo - served with warm pita chips... so spicy I could only eat a few 😄 but they were very delicious! I took home the rest to snack on later.
Last time I was at this restaurant, I don't remember a #vegan menu being available... this time there was, which was a very nice surprise!
