Add this amazing, Australian made chocolate drink to your next hot choc or shake. It’s packed with vitamins and minerals, reduced sugar and available at most supermarkets. I love this in oat milk - my preferred brand is more

Made With Plants is a delicious vegan cheese which tastes yummy and melts well in toasties.
It’s also high in calcium!

Outback Harvest

This flour is supreme and I’ve started using it in many ways. For vegans, it is a super good with all 9 essential amino acids, high protein, calcium and iron. For coeliacs it’s a blessing as it is naturally gluten free. more

VEGAN

Uncle Tony’s Quick Sachets Apple & Cinnamon

A delicious winter protein breakfast - this variety is milk free! The other flavours are not vegan, unfortunately. Add oat milk to cook and sprinkle with extra cinnamon and fruit - YUM!

Ikea

The IKEA Plant Balls are vegan and absolutely delicious. Great value for money and quick to prepare. I’ve had only rave reviews from friends and family about these delicious pea protein balls. I use them in a variety more

djcat Good stuff. I noticed IKEA has upped their game in the vegan options significantly lately.1 likeReply
kathleencarrington Yes - a lot more options in their cafeteria too. The veggie balls are also very nice. Unfortunately they still add cow cream to their gravy where oat cream/oat milk would do the trick instead. Their mashed potato is also non vegan. They really need to promote their plant balls in store instead of their meat balls. They aren’t promoted enough to get meat eaters interested in swapping. 💚Reply
