King oyster, shiitake, enoki and button mushrooms salad was fried in batter. I didn’t see the part saying tempura. The sauce was delicious, spicy but not too spicy. 🌶️

Spring rolls wrapped like samosas is certainly different but not good different. The filling is bean vermicelli, wood ear mushroom / black fungus, carrot. Taste is ok. It’s quite expensive for ordinary tasting spring rolls.

This Malabar vegetable is described as winter vegetables in coconut curry, but vegetables are few. It’s mostly sauce, served in what looks like a cup.

This soy protein, kale, chilli and plum sauce dish is marked as vegan and gluten free on the menu. Chilli and plum sauce combo is delicious. If it had more kale would be even better.

Mahjong dessert is just such a novelty, had to try it. It’s anything but sweet. The ingredients are peas, sugar and white pepper. It felt like a palate cleansing dish. It’s very mild, not sweet at all. You can taste the more
Bok choy and tofu is always good, simple dish. It’s not marked as vegan. Had to check every dish with staff.
If you’re sensitive to displays of non-veg dishes, don’t go, lots around. I only went for friend’s birthday and more
Radish stew is under the heirloom dishes menu. It looks ordinary. The radish is tender and tasty. Menu doesn’t say vegan or vegetarian. The staff checked with chef that it’s vegan.

Fried hawthorn is in the cold dishes tab of the menu. It should be in the dessert section of the menu. It’s served in syrup. We’re having sweets before dinner.
