Finally noodles from Maggi that has flavour without adding ton of tomato sauce. It doesn’t taste anywhere close to Korean spicy noodles but I like the strong flavour. It’s very basic so have to add veggies and plant based more

arjun04 Thanks for the comment. Yes it’s unhealthy but more because of oil than refined grain. Refined grain as name suggests lacks nutrients so eating only that leads to malnutrition. Eating in limit along with other foods that has nutrients is okay. There is research that shows both oil and refined grain will lead to permanent diseases when age and weight are already risk factors. So as long as there is regular exercise, healthy weight, meet daily nutrition requirements and of course not from animal cruelty and exploitation it’s okay to consume unhealthy foods in limited quantities and they don’t have to feel guilty or food shamed for it.2 likesReply

Cold coffee with lot of ice in greenest and peaceful restaurant in Bangalore. It is made with homemade coconut milk but there is no coconut aftertaste. It has enough coffee flavour with slightly more sweetness for my liking. more

unejanie sometimes it is hard to decide what to eat! i prefer plant- based/vegan restaurants and companies and i know the driving force in adding those items to the menu/on the store shelves is profit and not compassion but sometimes there are no other options or they aren't affordable. 2 likesReply
arjun04 That’s true. When few vegan restaurants were there I went there most of the time but even with support from lot of vegans they were not able to stay open for long. There is increase in selling animal flesh and secretions in inventive ways along with it vegan options both are for profit. So when we go there we do activism with them so at least the word is going into the society there are people who support plant based. Unfortunately have to be this way until there is increase in numbers.2 likesReply
