Would probably add an extra ingredient just to get a little bit more flavour. Bread was really nice and the 'totopos' were the perfect crunch on the side.

Didn't quite love it but it's still very worth to try during your stay in Peru. Feel like the corn didn't really match the other flavours. The rest of the ingredients were nice and fresh.
