🧁Been so long since I had Madelines! I'm not an expert here, but I do like the cake texture. Denser than sponge cake, yet still bouncy and moist.
🍫The addition of the spot of chocolate cream is a real highlight! Not too much that it gets too rich, and also has that "ooh-wah" effect as you get to the centre
