This #sandwich was so tasty! It was part of the #italian week special at Two Dollar Radio HQ. At only $15 you get this amazing #veganhoagie with either a side of salad or soup; such a great deal! The bread of this dish was the highlight - so soft and flaky which makes sense because their bread is sourced from the amazing Happy Little Treats (where you can find the best vegan croissants). The #eggplant itself was also delicious with an amazingly flavorful and crispy breading. If you haven't tried the Italian week at two dollar yet, make sure you try it out!!
