Dollar Radio HQ. At only $15 you get this amazing #veganhoagie with either a side of salad or soup; such a great deal! The bread of this dish was the highlight - so soft and flaky which makes sense because their bread is sourced from the amazing Happy Little Treats (where you can find the best vegan croissants). The #eggplant itself was also delicious with an amazingly flavorful and crispy breading. If you haven't tried the Italian week at two dollar yet, make sure you try it out!!

This was the best vegan Italian meal I've had. Luckily, I'm going back tomorrow with

@edav334 and @kristig for more. This week at my favorite restaurant, they're having "Caper Grove — Hardcore #Vegan Italian Kitchen" week. Instead of one special, they have several different Italian dishes, including soups, salads, sandwiches and pasta! I ended up splitting this delicious hoagie. It had breaded eggplant with DELICIOUS creamy vodka sauce. My #Italian heart was so happy! It also had pickled onion, large pieces of fresh basil, creamy housemade #cashew mozzarella and parmesan cheezes on a Happy Little Treats brioche hoagie (basically a croissant). This dish came with the Italian side salad, whish was also incredible. The dressing was great! The other dishes you have to purchase separately as a side for only $2.50. This sandwich was a huge portion and only $15, which was the cheaper side of this Italian menu. The presentation was also beautiful. Chef's kiss!
