Got this from The Clean Addicts' pop-up at Kilogramme! Gluten-free carrot cake made using ingredients including organic wholemeal flour, grated carrots, raisins, sugar-free applesauce, and roasted nuts. Beautifully presented with blue pea flower and herbs as toppings. Taste was fragrant and nice, though I personally found the interior a little soggy for my liking.
