Kitehill has some wonderful products. My favorites are their sour cream and onion dip and spinach cheese ravioli so when I saw this in the store I knew I had to grab it! By itself, it’s okay. Had that artificial after taste that most cheese imitations have but it wasn’t too too prominent. I ate this with some broccoli and put it in my potatoes for Sheppards Pie. I would use this as an ingredient for other recipes but not eat alone. I think I might be biased though since I was never really a cheese person pre and post vegan.
