Review of Sauteed Green Beans at Din Tai Fung University Village by ybhutada

I love all of the garlicky and umami vegetable dishes at Din Tai Fung. This is definitely one of my favorite dishes on their whole menu (and it's a crowd favorite as well). It's packed with a ton of flavor (don't run away because it's 'only' string beans).
