Review of Vegan Cheeseburger at The Shady Shack by baliveganguide

If you're ever craving a real cheeseburger, this one gets pretty close. Mushroom eggplant patty, vegan feta cheese, pickles, vegan aioli. Served with french fries or smashed spuds and homemade ketchup. Only difference to a 'real' cheeseburger is this one is a little drier, but the eggplant in the patty adds a very umami quality.
