This cheese burger is very nice and has great vegan cheese sauce
If you're ever craving a real cheeseburger, this one gets pretty close. Mushroom eggplant patty,
vegan feta cheese, pickles, vegan aioli. Served with french fries or smashed spuds and homemade ketchup. Only difference to a 'real' cheeseburger is this one is a little drier, but the eggplant in the patty adds a very umami quality.
The 'cheese' was soo good, melty and not clichee-vegan, almost shocking real:) the patty is
really innovative as no soy or beans but made of walnuts and mushrooms as a baseđź‘Ś. With paying 90k IDR.
The patty of that cheeseburger is awesome but the potatoes are super oily and not
jummy at all and the bun is not really health ... Really soft. But super patty!!!
Pretty poor burger.
Very sloppy/wobbely/soft patty and the bread is too soft too.
Taste wise it is
