WOW! Pleasantly surprised by this product. Switching to vegan cheese has been the hardest for

me since I’m not the biggest fan of any of the brands/flavors so far. But this one was so close to the real thing! I even ate a small handful before putting it on my sandwich and it was so good. I’ll definitely be splurging and buying this brand from now on. Price: $4.69 at Whole Foods.

Update: it also melts beautifully in the oven! You need to use high heat though in my experience (400°). Also great for paninis 👍

Woah! So much better than the previous cheese I had been using for make at

non riesco a dare una valutazione univoca, premetto che la mozzarella è l’unico latticino che

io abbia mai mangiato prima di iniziare a mangiare plant based, e finora non sono riuscita a trovare un’alternativa vegana all’altezza.
Parto con il dire che a mio parere l’olio di cocco si sente e che risulta quasi dolce se non si aggiusta di sale.
C’è da dire che fonde da dio (fonde, non fila come la mozzarella purtroppo) ma tende ad impastare la bocca
La chiave sta nell’usarne poco, altrimenti diventa nauseante. Sciolta con gli spinaci non è stata gradevole, voto 4.
La confezione mi è durata credo 2 settimane, cosa che mi ha fatto decisamente rivalutare il prezzo (3€ e qualcosa al pam)
Non la userei sulla pizza perché si appiccica un po’ al palato.
L’utilizzo migliore è come ripieno nella piadina, qui nell’ultima foto ho aggiunto sale e paprica dolce e cosí mi è piaciuta molto, raggiunge anche un 8-8,5 come voto.
