This mushroom blend is the one seasoning I reach for the most when I'm cooking.
It's

a combination of kosher salt, dried onions, ground mustard seed, porcini mushroom powder, white button mushroom powder, crushed red pepper, black pepper, and drive thyme.
It's a little bit salty with a nice spicy kick, and adds a ton of flavor to everything I sprinkle it on. I wouldn't necessarily say it makes everything taste like mushrooms but it does add a ton of flavor.
I use it on literally everything, especially my favorite - roasted broccoli with a little bit of olive oil, a squirt of lemon, and this mushroom seasoning blend!😋

I planned to make burgers tonight (in which I would’ve added this seasoning to the

patties) but with my laziness and the heat, I opted for popcorn instead. I was still able to use this seasoning though! It’s great — savory and versatile. I recommend it for all your meat, veggie, and popcorn making needs. #veganisnotscary

This seasoning is awesome to add instead of salt into different dishes. If you like

the flavor of mushrooms, you'll love this! It's great in all kinds of things.

I used this mushroom seasoning blend to make a gravy for my mashed potatoes and

it turned out great! The seasoning is a little spicy but it also has a nice savory flavor. I've used this to season other foods like seitan but often the savory flavor gets lost and I'm left with the heat from the pepper. It's still a really good product- just need to experiment to find the right foods to use it on.
For the gravy I whisked about 3/4 tsp seasoning with 1/4 cup of water and heated it on a pan. Then I mixed 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch with 1 Tbsp cold water. I gradually added a little bit of the cornstarch mixture to the simmering seasoned mixture until I got a gravy-like consistency. I only used about half of my cornstarch mixture.

Definitely would recommend having this on hand. 😘

I hate mushrooms (it's the texture for me) but I LOVE this mushroom umami seasoning.

It really bring an extra "umph" to any savoury dish.

My favourite ways to use it are to sprinkle it on my avocado toast (3rd photo), throw it on popcorn or roast veggies, and blending some into my cashew cream pasta sauce for extra dimension of flavor.

Its very versatile and is a great all-purpose seasoning for cooking on a time crunch! It is salty (first ingredent) so you must watch how much additional salt you add.
