I used this to make a shrimp and tofu red curry. I chopped a bunch
of veggies, added some coconut milk, #beleaf vegan shrimp, and voilà—a delicious meal!

I haven't tried any other red curry pastes at home before, so I don't have
much to compare this to. I used it in place of gochujang to make kimchi Korean tofu tacos, and it did the trick. It seems expensive, though, for such a small jar. #veganisnotscary
