Organic Soy Non-dairy Beverage Vanilla

Even when so many folks turned their backs on soy milk, I always remained loyal

to it!! It is my favourite of the vegan milks, although hemp milk is a close second. Soy is so delicious and versatile! This brand is great!!

This is your basic run of the mill soymilk. It tastes great like all the

other ones. The great thing about this one is that it's #organic and comes at a great price for a shelf stable milk product. I really don't think I've seen any other plant milks beat the price of Costco, especially for a shelf stable one. Definitely something to keep on hand if you (or someone you know) has a Costco membership. The downside is that this does have added sugar. It's also fortified with good nutrients like calcium which may be difficult for some people to source on a vegan diet (chia seeds, unhulled tahini and collards are some other good sources of calcium!).

I like to add this to my coffee, smoothie bowls and overnight oats. 😘

I’m seriously considering switching out Kirkland’s oat milk for soy, as it has a similar

amount of sugar and double the protein. I would really like unsweetened, but it isn’t available at my warehouse. This soy milk isn’t as rich as others I’ve had, but it’s still creamy and thick enough. It’s lightly sweet, and the vanilla is present but not overpowering. Because it’s Costco, you get a massive amount (12 quarts!) — but it’s a good price for organic and thankfully shelf-stable. For years, I’ve been ride-or-die for oat milk; however, I’m thinking a change may be in order.
