Listen, I know it's super easy to make vegan mayo and it is probably better
to, but I am lazy. Also, I am cheap! So, when the Indian vegan mayo market was selling me expensive vegan mayo, I decided to live without it. Until, this one appeared in my big basket 'vegan' search!
For 89 bucks, this was adequately good! The texture is quite thick, a bit wobbly, but it's not a detractor. The taste is a tad too sweet for my liking, but, with mixing with other sauces or spices, it can work! Its gluten free too apparently! I had no idea gluten could be in mayo! 😛
I made a salad sandwich using this mayo, with toasted bread and vegan butter, and it turned out quite delicious. All in all, I am quite delighted to have this affordable (for me), tasty, very OG mayo looking and tasting mayo in my fridge! #veganrevolution #veganmayo #plantbased #cheapvegan
