I made vegan quiche with potato crust and tofu for the quiche using Minimalist Baker's recipe I didn't use any mock stuff except vegan bacon for garnish

I tried making a vegan quiche today but it didn't set, it was a bit runny. It was delicious though (like a pot pie) so I will try again maybe with more egg replacer or add some tapioca to thicken it. Curious if anyone has tried this recipe which was on the box. I also want to try french toast and the lemon meringue pie. So any tips welcomed. I found this product at the Adventist Book Center in Castries. There are a few recipes on the box as well as online.
