The tofu satay appetizer at VPho was absolutely delicious! The tofu is marinated in a
flavorful sauce and grilled to perfection. The craggly outside of the tofu was perfect for soaking up the peanut sauce! The dish also came with a cucumber salad which was a great cooling contrast to the warm tofu. At $8 it was a little pricey for as small of a dish as it was, but we thoroughly enjoyed it nonetheless!
