This isn’t technically on the menu but you can ask for vegan veggie noodles and
they’re happy to provide. These were actually really tasty, with some lovely bok choy and roasted carrot and slightly overcooked but still yummy noodles. These were only 1.25 USD!!! That is insanely cheap. Last day of the field visit and ready to eat something other than fried rice, fried veggies, and fried noodles.
