Last time I was at Sprout Café, I ordered (and was very impressed with) the

seasonal Green Goddess wrap (https://www.abillion.com/reviews/661aaffa33015b114127154b,) which was delicious and also massive. This time, I knew I had to try the other limited-time newcomer, Giza. I felt almost giddy to see that both #seasonal specials were vegan!

This entree was tasty and, at $13 for a #wrap and side #salad, also a great value! We ended up splitting it (2 people) and by the end of the meal, we were both playfully “complaining” about how full we were. The ingredients are “housemade #falafel, green hummus, pickled cucumbers, romaine hearts, radish, clover sprouts, turmeric-tahini sauce, and toasted lavash.” There are 3 falafel per wrap and they’re genuinely massive; I liked that they weren’t very salty. The dressing is the same as on their Falafel Salad (https://www.abillion.com/reviews/655f638471cc3ca517b9e067) This wrap had lots of crunchy bites (in comparison to the mushier Green Goddess) and was harder to eat, as the huge falafels broke through the lavash and made it a #hotmess. Still totally recommended — just be sure to grab utensils for when it falls apart.

Not sure if I’ve ever shown the interior of the restaurant… I believe they redid it during the pandemic. The space is stylish yet welcoming (and I just love those big windows in front!)
