I guess it’s vegan season? I must have missed the memo. All joking aside, though, I do want to commend this #salad-and-#sandwich spot for making both of their #seasonal special wraps vegan! Their menu isn’t the most vegan-friendly, so I usually order the same thing (falafel salad; https://www.abillion.com/dishes/sprout-cafe-falafel-salad-10439156 ) whenever I’m there. Credit where credit is due; this feels like a big step in the right direction!

I was not expecting this #wrap to be so massive! I ended up taking half home. They provide #compostable take-out containers, which is awesome. It also came with a pretty sizable lemon-dressed side salad, so the value was honestly great. At $13, it’s one of the cheapest items on the menu, too! This wrap was “green hummus, romaine hearts, English cucumbers, avocado, clover sprouts, vegan marinated feta, #greengoddess herb dressing, and toasted lavash.” It can be made gluten-free upon request. It was delicious — super fresh and vibrantly #eatyourgreens. The green goddess dressing tasted like a rich, creamy pesto. (I recently started reading a novel where crop failures cause vegetables to become scarce, and I think the narrator waxing poetic about lettuce is what made me crave this wrap.)

I definitely recommend it and would encourage Sprout Café to consider adding it to the permanent lineup!
