Got this for takeaway so I could have some #protein, rather than another day of
only carbs haha. These #friednoodles were pretty bland, with not enough soy sauce or spice. Again, no hate on Cambodia, they have some bomb dishes, but the fried noodles, like the fried rice, I often find to be very flavourless in this country. Perhaps they want you to add your own seasoning and spice to it, but I couldn’t unfortunately. Still, happy to get some tofu in today while on my field visit in rural Cambodia!
