On my field visit during our stop in Stung Treng, I managed to find a
restaurant that has vegan options with #tofu! A lovely Cambodian lady who speaks very good English and makes Khmer, western, and Indian food! This #tofuamok was really rich, creamy from the coconut milk and a beautiful curry. The vegetables and tofu were super yummy. Very pleased with this find! Only thing is, it is quite close to the local market, and there was a subtle smell of stinky fish🥴 not pleasant but a fan helped.
