Who says vegans can’t support local hawkers, or that vegan hawker food is always oily

and unhealthy? :) a lovely elderly couple tends to this stall. The food is tasty, so affordable and packed with generous portions of vegetables, tofu and delicious crispy fried beancurd skin. I’d highly recommend!

Been around this place several times to just get a juice or coffee etc, but

never knew there was a stall for vegetarian food (with vegan options) Accidentally found this while browsing #abillion for other vegan options around.

The stall doesn’t have a menu or a display with images so you have no idea what your food is going to look like. There’s a printed display of menu with just the names of the dishes and the price but have no pictures at all. I was waiting there staring at the menu and wondering what would I order without a picture especially being there for the very first time. The lady in front of me got served with this and I asked her what it was and give me the same 😉 ( just to be safe lol )

For how the stall looks and for the condition of the hawker centre, the food they served blew me off. It looks so presentable and does tastes great too! Lots of veggies, mushrooms, tofu and mock meat with delicious noodles and soup. Totally unbelievable and unexpected for that place, and this costs only $4

Definitely going again and I’m looking forward to trying other dishes there.
