傻大包

Okay so you're looking at the dark blob of stuff in the middle of the plate on top of the noodles. Said dark stuff is #mushroom, and it is delicious 😋 Mixed in with some sort of premium, fancy oil imported from France apparently, in justification of a whopping RM49.50 price tag (found at last weekend's #foodfair) 😳 There are several ways you might use this #seasoning / #cookingsauce /call it what you will. I did the standard textbook thing of mixing it into some thin noodles, but I can see people using this in a stir fry or even like an ersatz (and pricey) toast topping. It gave my noodles that oiliness and #umami that I was looking for; as a #lazyvegan I'm so glad that I can use options like this rather than build flavour from scratch! 🙂
