Review of Nats Vegan Bar - Chocolate Caramel at Aster Cafe by iszy

After a wonderful dinner at Silver Fern, we took a short walk to the Aster Cafe on St. Anthony Main to catch a little concert. They have one vegan dessert and it was a perfect little snack. This dessert bar rotates flavors and I'm so happy that we got this decadent chocolate caramel rendition. The chocolate is so dense and luxurious. There are some nuts as well that give it a nice crunch. The caramel flavor goes really nicely with the silkiness of the rest of the bar. I was surprised to see this wasn't marked as gluten free. The denseness made me think there wouldn't be any flour!
