Review of Roasted Cauliflower at Revolver by vikas

Absolutely love the vegan dishes on the vegetarian prix fixe menu at Revolver. The chef came out and walked me through everything that was already vegan and what they could veganize. Everything was delicious and one of my favorite dishes of the night was this roasted cauliflower with a sweet and spicy chutney. So good!

This was a special dinner for @mrsgarg and my anniversary. It was a bit pricey but worth every penny 🌞
