Just when you think you’ve had avocado served every way possible under the sun, this comes along and blows your mind!

Avocado isn’t really a thing in India 🇮🇳 until recently and it’s popping up slowly on more menus. This was incredible! Half an avocado charred on the grill and drenched with a delicious chutney and pine nuts. I think I could have eaten 5 plates of this!
