Review of THE OUTLAW - Miso tofu at Roots Natural Kitchen by lizmaselli
This bowl is a #plantbased #protein powerhouse with black beans, brown rice, and #tofu. This also came with a bed of fresh kale, charred corn, pickled carrot, and cabbage. It's loaded with plant goodness. The miso tofu was a good addition and changed the flavor profile from the #BBQ version of the bowl. The miso tofu has a slight kick due to the chili and its covered in sesame. It paired nicely with the pickled carrots. I wasn't the biggest fan of the #kale this time because it was a bit tough. Usually it's softer. This also came with a delicious cilantro lime dressing. I suggest asking for double because one really isn't enough. This bowl was $12, which is a great price.
