Review of roots bowl - chimichurri Mushrooms at Roots Natural Kitchen by lizmaselli
This is my least favorite of the bowls, I always opt for the #tofu versions and either of those two flavor profiles, but I wanted to review the chimichurri. The #chimichurri mushrooms were definitely very salty. I didn't love that. 😕 The bowl comes with a bed of roots rice (purple rice), a double sweet potato, red onion, beets, dried cranberries, and pita chips. It also comes with a side of lemon #tahini dressing. It's a super large serving size and very filling. One bowl is only $12 because I opted for the #plantbased protein.
