It wasn’t too bad! The “bones” were actually long #lemongrass sticks, which added a nice #lemon flavor. I breaded these in panko breadcrumbs and Cajun seasoning, then fried them in the air fryer after letting them defrost in the fridge overnight.
These are a lot better for you than other vegan “meat” on the market. No yucky ingredients! 😊
