Review of Plant Based Pasta at Makahiki by bandita

This is the only vegan entree option for their 3 course meal, and thankfully it’s a really good one. Red lentil pasta with roasted yellow peppers, asparagus, carrots, chili oil and vegan sausage, which were big, generous chunks. The dish was very satisfying, and I even had enough leftover for another meal. Nonetheless, it was super pricey, but being at a Disney resort, you’re also paying for the beautiful surroundings and location, not just the food.
