Review of Macadamia Nut Based White Cheese - Plantlove by maesti

I think this is supposed to be some sort of feta cheese. It has that same texture and strange aftertaste of the macadamia cream cheese. Salty like feta but more squishy than crumbly. I will try baking it in some spinach and onion puff pastry concoction and see how that works out. #pigsnpaws
