Review of Sandwich set at HealthyTOKYO Cafe & Shop by zsuz

A fully vegan cafe at Haneda airport. As most airport cafes and restaurants, you oick your food at the counter and find seats in the seating area. There was a friendly American guy behind the counter, so English is not a problem. Nothing much else to say about the vibe.

I never thought I would say, but after eating all the Asian dishes, I was craving something Western. A sandwich!!!! This definitely satisfied my craving. Pesto, vegan mozzarella and tomatoes. Delish pesto and somehow the cheese tasted like mozzarella! I opted for a carrot and a kale side salad. The 3rd option was quinoa.

I paid the extra 150 yen to have a matcha latte, and it was a delicious one. Separate review, but mentioning here as the drink comes with the set.

Overall very happy, maybe one suggestion: the sandwich can be toasted.
